Prices dropped; Cygnus II to get a minor physics update

First, I've discounted everything by L$50. The Cygnus II is now L$600, the Slipstream II is now L$350, and the Skylark is L$250.

Second, after the Cyg II's Valentine's Day release (it says Patchlevel 2 on the System menu, if you're wondering if you have it yet), I decided I still wasn't happy with the rotor physics. I've been working to bring them a lot closer to what they'd be in a real-world gyrocopter. This will change a few things about handling. One, it's a little over ten knots faster in heli mode, if you're flying forward at full tilt. Two, you can now pitch the nose down to about 35 degrees without going outside the envelope (it was 25 before, but I think 35 is a lot more reasonable.) Three, rotor RPMs are now calculated in a way that is a lot closer to real life, and displayed on the HUD in RPMs. (Valentine's release had them displayed in rotations per sec instead, and I noticed after awhile that it wasn't quite accurate, which was one of the reasons I decided to overhaul it.)

This will be a free update to anyone who has a Cygnus or Cygnus II. I don't know if I will release it soon (as I am just about done) or wait until 1.9 (so that I can perhaps add in some of that new camera functionality.)
